0f Literature (and other art f0rms) and Canvases …

The study of literature has exp0sed my mind to so many canvases.( More recently, the study of Hayavadana by Girish Karnad).  I was unaware of my mind’s capability to stretch into so many new dimensi0ns. For this I shall always be grateful to English Literature.
Music , an0ther imp0rtant t00l that helped in widening of the canvas kn0ledge,has made a great impact on my mind. I hear music in the moving waters, in the trees, in my dreams and even in the m0on.. that s0unded crazy a week ago but 0nce y0u see artist, J0nathan Rhys Meyers’ canvas y0u start to believe everything he’s trying to say. At first Its hard to believe that such w0nders could exist. But after studying literature f0r almost two years, we n0w kn0w better.  We d0nt read things.. we see them and when we see things.. its alm0st like we’re feeling it.  Such is the p0wer of mind..

P.s : Here’s h0ping that 0ur eyes, hands and minds are exp0sed to newer and better canvases. And as we bec0me richer with 0ur experiences, we bec0me capable 0f understanding the imp0rtance of each 0ne 0f them..

oh the comment above was a blank one... anyways
You sure seem inspired by Karnad's Hayavadana... of course i agree that it is picture perfect for a canvas study.
and thanks for the reference I'll have to check out Meyer's work now.

the thing with act0rs is that we see them just as 'celebs' .. we tend to 0verl0ok the Artist within..

oh believe me they are not merely faces good to look at. Actors... good ones give whole new dimensions to each character, they give the characters life with their interpretations... can you ever imagine Remember me without you know who, and Prime of miss Jean Brodie without Maggie Smith... (oh and i saw it... on some channel i don't know the name of... i tried to msg but there was some network problem. the movie is brilliant and Dame Smith was brilliant in it. and yes Muriel Spark was brilliant as well. )
watch it as soon as u can.

Padmini is Padmini... the stereotypical woman of the male's imagination. The rest you can do very well.
